Word up, Juicers.
Let’s be real…
You’re not short on ideas.
You’re short on proof.
Yesterday we gave you two killer prompts to surface the hidden assumptions behind your next big idea. Today? We’re dragging those assumptions into the light and putting them on trial.
Because untested assumptions are startup landmines. They’re why smart people waste months building things no one asked for.
We don’t do that here.
Today’s Juice will show you how to turn guesswork into green lights - fast, cheap, and smart.
Let’s get into it

The Builder Checklist
Big Idea:
Yesterday we discussed testing your assumptions.
Today we discuss how to build products and marketing that does this.
Speed without direction is just noise. With vibecoding tools like Loveable.dev making it easy to build fast, the real challenge is knowing where to start. This checklist helps solo founders and side hustlers define direction before diving into MVP mode.
Plus, we dropped a BEAST of a prompt to help you kick off your
Benefit:
Build something people actually want. Avoid rookie mistakes. Increase your luck surface area. Nail the branding, pain points, and user flow before you waste time building. The pain this solves is the confusion around what to build and how to figure that out. This checklist gives you clarity and confidence—so you can get the go/no-go from real users, not your imagination.
Process / Logic:
When Mr Juice has been building tools for the military, including fighter jets and nuclear subs there’s one thing that trumps all other skills.
Speed.
The faster you can execute, the faster you can figure out which of your assumptions are wrong.
Fighter jets are nimble. This allows them to out manoeuvre and correct quicker than the enemy.
These prompts are you Business Building fighter jets. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is speed and iterate.
Test them this lunchtime.
This is a problem-first framework.
First, define the real problem.
Then anchor your idea to something users already trust or use. That way, you're not pitching into a void - you're positioning your product in a way users instantly "get."
Action Steps:
Problem First: Run Prompt 1 from yesterday defining your product assumptions (Here)
Store this output in a document/notepad or similar (Name: Product Assumptions)
Run this New Prompt (Build MVP)
Copy and paste the output from Prompt 1 (step 2) into the chat and hit return
Take the output from step 4 and store in your document/notepad (Name: Product Specification)
Feed this into your favourite 'vibecoding tool’ to build your MVP (We like Loveable.dev)
Save the output from step 6 as ‘Test MVP’
Anchoring: Run Prompt 2 from yesterday defining your marketing assumptions (Here)
Save this output in a document/notepad or similar (Name: Marketing Assumptions)
In a New Chat, run this New Prompt (Marketing Test)
Feed in the output from step 9 to this new Chat
Save the output (Name: Go To Market Plan)
And there you have it - a product to test and a market to test it with…
Limitations: This approach is for digital first online businesses… but truth is we haven’t tested it on Bluecollar problems… so if you do, let us know how you get on and we’d love to feature your experience.
🧃 That’s your Juice Shot for today.
