🥊 How to Get Your First 10 Customers (and Cash) Without Spending a Penny
You don’t need a logo.
You don’t need a landing page.
You don’t even need a product.
All you need is hand-to-hand combat energy and a willingness to ask:
“If I built this, would you pay $1 to get in on the ground floor?”
That’s how I launched Business Juice in 2024.
I didn’t run ads. I didn’t build an audience.
I walked into a WhatsApp group of joiners, builders, engineers, plumbers, architects, and timber importers and asked one simple question about a database of validated business ideas and first customer playbooks.
Three people said yes.
They sent me £1 each (£1, because we’re in Great Britain Baby).
And just like that, Business Juice was alive.
No BS. No funnels. Just proof.

Drop them a simple Notion doc, Google Sheet, or Airtable. Doesn’t need to be sexy—it needs to solve their problem.Leverage their networks.
Ask: “Who else do you know that would find this useful?”Hit Reddit cold if needed.

*Note: In the UK and Europe there’s worries about GDPR and other hurdles (although, rumours are that these laws are getting ditched soon) - nobody wants to get into legal trouble and we’re right there with you. To avoid this, focus on ‘public’ forums, cold DMs and outreach. If this makes you uncomfortable you have two options:
1) Learn more about marketing (and the psychology) or
2) Stick to your day job. 🤷🏻♂️
